Ajmal Educare India Private Limited, established in 2024, is dedicated to managing and nurturing premier educational initiatives aimed at uplifting students from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The company is committed to empowering youth through quality education, focused mentorship, and holistic development. Under the leadership of Mr. Abdur Rehman Ajmal and Mr. Abdul Hafeez Ajmal as Trustees, and Mr. Abdul Kadir as the General Manager, Ajmal Educare India Pvt. Ltd. currently manages two flagship initiatives: Ajmal Super 40 and Ajmal IAS Academy.

Ajmal Super 40
Started in 2016, Ajmal Super 40 was founded with a noble vision: to bring marginalized but meritorious students into the mainstream by offering them free, high-quality education in the science stream. The program identifies bright students from economically weaker families and provides them with academic coaching, financial assistance, and all-round support to crack competitive exams such as NEET and JEE, alongside their higher secondary studies.
Since its inception, Ajmal Super 40 has made remarkable strides—423 students have secured seats in Medical colleges, and 52 students in Engineering, including 5 in the prestigious IITs. These milestones are a testament to the dedication and effectiveness of the initiative.

Ajmal IAS Academy
Recognizing the need for inclusive representation in civil services, Ajmal IAS Academy was established to guide and mentor aspirants for the Indian Administrative Service and other Central and State Civil Services. With an aim to make quality coaching accessible and affordable, the academy provides strategic training and mentorship to talented individuals striving to serve the nation through top bureaucratic roles.

Success Stories
The initiatives managed by Ajmal Educare have produced extraordinary academic achievements. From Ajmal Law College, Hojai, affiliated with Gauhati University, Nikhil Kumar Mundra secured 1st position, Debjani Das ranked 5th, and Afsana Begum secured 4th in the LLB Final Examination 2021. In the most recent academic year, four students ranked within the Top Ten under Gauhati University, further highlighting the academic excellence fostered by the group.
